How to produce 1 & 3-time roasted bamboo salt

To make 1-time roasted bamboo salt, first you cut bamboo stalks and fill them with sea salt, then cover the opening of the bamboo stalk with clay. Second, you file them in an iron kiln and roast them with a pine wood fire. After the bamboo stalks burn away, the salt pillars remain. You can produce 1-time roasted bamboo salt after these salt pillars are then ground into powder. To make 3-time roasted bamboo salt, you put 1-time roasted salt into a new stalk of bamboo and repeat the roasting process 2 times more.

Bamboo is incinerated, and salt pillars remain.

How to use…

1. Food seasoning

Bamboo salt is a good substitute for common salt. Due to soil contamination, we are seriously lacking minerals.
In order to add minerals in the food we eat, we should use quality salt that can supply minerals.
When we eat foods that are contaminated with pesticide and chemical preservatives, our body is trying to remove them by activating enzymes.
We need more minerals to let our body produce more detoxifying enzymes easily.

2. Toothpaste, gum & teeth care

When the gum is not healthy, we cannot chew food well, and inflammations can cause bleeding gums.
Brushing your teeth with bamboo salt eliminates inflammations and strengthens teeth.
It is also very helpful for paradentitis and various gum diseases.

3. Nasal cleansing water

Dissolve 3g of bamboo salt in 500ml water, and spray it in your nostrils.
It helps nasal diseases such as rhinitis and sinusitis.

4. For bathing

You can fill the tub with water and dissolve 150~300g of bamboo salt. Soak your body for about 30 minutes, and rinse your body with clean water.
Salt bathing helps remove our skin problems.
